Little trip in the grocery stores of Helsinki.
First of all, you'll have to learn some Finnish, or Swedish at least, since there's no English at all on the labels or on the shelves.
Then you'll have to face the Finnish prices.
In a corner of each supermarket, you'll find a machine, where to put the empty cans and bottle, and get a discount ticket.
Impressive - for us - are whole areas dedicated to butters and margarine and others with hundred of different types and brands of drinks in cans.
There's also a lot of space dedicated to sweets and junk food too.
We got impressed by all this, as probably foreigners get impressed in Italy, looking at the huge pasta and olive oil choice we have.
Finally, here's the black ice cream, salted licorice, very particular.

Piccola gita nei supermercati di Helsinki.
Prima di tutto, ti toccherà imparare un po' di finlandese o almeno di svedese, visto che non esiste traduzione in inglese nè sulle etichette nè sugli scaffali.
Poi dovrai avere a che fare con i prezzi finlandesi!
In un angolo del negozio troverai sicuramente una macchina, dove inserire i vuoi (lattine e bottiglie di plastica), per ricevere uno scontrino di sconto da presentare alla cassa.
Per noi piuttosto impressionanti, le corsie interamente dedicate a burri e margarine, dolci e snacks, insieme con una varietà enorme di bibite in lattina.
Tutto ciò ci ha stupito forse allo stesso modo in cui gli stranieri in Italia vengono colpiti dalle corsie di mille tipi di pasta o dalla vasta scelta di olio d'oliva.
Infine, ecco il famoso gelato nero finlandese, alla liquirizia salata.
